Join us this year as we prepare to set sail on a jungle cruise! Come with us we learn all about God’s word, play some games, make some crafts and munch on snacks! This year is going to be wild and you don’t want to miss out.

When is VBS?

June 24-27
9am – 12pm

Where do I drop off my child?

You will follow the drop-off signs! On day one you will start at the tents where you will get your child’s name tag, t-shirt, and pick-up car tag

Where do I pick up my child?

We do a school line type pick-up. Just follow the signs, stay in your car, and show us your pick-up tag! It’s simple, easy, and quick!

Who can attend?

We are so excited to offer VBS to Preschool-5th grade. Those who have completed 3k (must be potty trained and 4 years old by September 1, 2024) — those who have completed 5th grade

What should my child wear?

Make sure your child wears something they can comfortably play in! Your child will receive a VBS themed t-shirt while supplies last so make sure to sign up soon!

What is the VBS family event?

We are so excited about our VBS Family Night this year! Join us Wednesday, June 26 from 5:30-7:30 right here on our campus! We will be having dinner and then after we will go to our Worship Center where we will experience Dan the Animal Man and his amazing animal pals!

Participation Agreement

I, parent or guardian, of the listed child(ren), acknowledge and accept the risk of physical injury associated with participation in Vacation Bible School. Except for gross negligence on the part of the sponsor, I accept personal financial responsibility for any bodily or personal injury sustained during the activity. Further, I promise to hold harmless the sponsoring organization and its representatives for any injury related to the activity. If a dispute over this agreement or any claim for damages arises, I agree to resolve the matter through a mutually acceptable arbitration process.

Refusal to accept the above agreement and release results in the child(ren) not being able to attend Trinity Baptist Church Cayce Vacation Bible School

Photo/Video Permission & Release

I, parent or guardian, of the listed child(ren), hereby authorize Trinity Baptist Church Cayce (TBC) and/or their agents to take photograph(s) and/or videos during VBS. I also understand that these photographs and/or videos will be used in print and/or on the TBC website. I specifically understand that TBC shall hereby retain any and all rights in respect to the photograph(s) and/or video/film project(s) and/or website/internet project(s), including but not limited to, the rights to reproduce, copy/edit, exhibit, publish, or distribute such photograph(s) and/or video/film project(s) and/or website/internet project(s). I further understand that photographs and/or videos may be used in a publication, print-ad, direct mail piece, electronic media, or other form of promotion. I release TBC, TBC employees, TBC designees and the photographer/videographer from liability for any violation of any personal or proprietary right I may have in connection with such use.
