VBS Registration – Monday, June 22th

VBS drop-off is from 8:30am-9:00am each day.

Registration bags will be ready to be picked up Monday morning. They will be right outside of the Worship Center. Follow the signs for “Pre-Registered”. Please give our volunteer your child’s full name.

In the registration bag you will find a t-shirt (while supplies last), a car pick-up tag, a name badge, information on pick up, and some other important information. Once you have your registration bag, you can walk your children inside.

You can find your child’s team assignment on their name badge. There will be directional signs in they foyer and in the Worship Center with their team names to show you where they’ll be sitting. But if you have any questions, there will be staff and volunteers around to help. Feel free to continue walking with them into the Worship Center where they will join their teams!

Don’t forget to stop by our VBS backdrop in the Foyer for a bright photo op!

VBS Pick-Up Line – Each day at 12:00pm

We have a school-style car line for pick-up and there will be plenty of parking attendants directing you through. In your registration bag you will get two car tags: one to stay in your car and one that you give to our parking attendant.

For the safety of our children, and to keep pick up as smooth as possible, we do not allow walk ups.

If you need someone else to pick up your child, they will just need the car pick up tags.

If you need to pick up your child early, you can go to our church office (located at the rear of the building). We cut off our Tearly pick-up at 11:30am. Our car-line does go quickly! We appreciate you working with us to keep the kids safe and helping our pick up go as smoothly as possible. 

 

VBS Family Day – Sunday, June 28th

We are excited for this year’s VBS Family Day! Join us the Sunday after VBS on June 28th for a special VBS Worship Service at 9:30am and for brunch after at 10:30am!

Where do I drop off my child?

You will follow the drop-off signs! On day one you will start at the tents where you will get your child’s name tag, t-shirt, and pick-up car tag

Where do I pick up my child?

We do a school line type pick-up. Just follow the signs, stay in your car, and show us your pick-up tag! It’s simple, easy, and quick!

Who can attend?

We are so excited to offer VBS to Preschool-5th grade. Those who have completed 3k (must be potty trained and 4 years old by September 1, 2024) — those who have completed 5th grade

What should my child wear?

Make sure your child wears something they can comfortably play in! Your child will receive a VBS themed t-shirt while supplies last so make sure to sign up soon!

What is the VBS family event?

We are so excited about our VBS Family Night this year! Join us Wednesday, June 26 from 5:30-7:30 right here on our campus! We will be having dinner and then after we will go to our Worship Center where we will experience Dan the Animal Man and his amazing animal pals!

Participation Agreement

I, parent or guardian, of the listed child(ren), acknowledge and accept the risk of physical injury associated with participation in Vacation Bible School. Except for gross negligence on the part of the sponsor, I accept personal financial responsibility for any bodily or personal injury sustained during the activity. Further, I promise to hold harmless the sponsoring organization and its representatives for any injury related to the activity. If a dispute over this agreement or any claim for damages arises, I agree to resolve the matter through a mutually acceptable arbitration process.

Refusal to accept the above agreement and release results in the child(ren) not being able to attend Trinity Baptist Church Cayce Vacation Bible School

Photo/Video Permission & Release

I, parent or guardian, of the listed child(ren), hereby authorize Trinity Baptist Church Cayce (TBC) and/or their agents to take photograph(s) and/or videos during VBS. I also understand that these photographs and/or videos will be used in print and/or on the TBC website. I specifically understand that TBC shall hereby retain any and all rights in respect to the photograph(s) and/or video/film project(s) and/or website/internet project(s), including but not limited to, the rights to reproduce, copy/edit, exhibit, publish, or distribute such photograph(s) and/or video/film project(s) and/or website/internet project(s). I further understand that photographs and/or videos may be used in a publication, print-ad, direct mail piece, electronic media, or other form of promotion. I release TBC, TBC employees, TBC designees and the photographer/videographer from liability for any violation of any personal or proprietary right I may have in connection with such use.
